2. Reboot the iPad: hold down the power button and the home button together until you see the iPad turn off, click the power button, an apple logo will appear and the iPad will turn back on.
3. Problem with an app?:hold down the app until it wiggles, press the x to delete it, go to the app store and reinstall it
4. Problem with Wifi:go to settings, general, reset, select “reset network settings”, wait for the iPad to reboot then go to settings, wifi, and enter network information again
5. Problem with email: go to settings, then mail, contacts, and calendars, delete their email account by clicking on the arrow next to the email account, on the next screen scroll down and click delete account, once it is deleted, click add account to install it again
6. Forgot your Apple ID: go to iforgot.apple.com on the iPad. Select I forgot my username or I forgot my password; follow the directions on screen to reset your username or password. The email option works best for this, most of the time the security question option does not work.
